The prospectus is located over there, and in these posts for those who don't like the PDF format. BIG BOLD LETTERS Stage 2 Par Value: 1,000,000 isk Stage 1 Reserved: 4,000/25,000 The current size of Stage 2 is determined by three factors: The cost of current bulk-delivery contracts, carried out over a month Forward-looking estimates of the future values for #1 10b for market speculation and investment The factor that's (probably) going to get the most attention is the market speculation. Here's the theory. Due to the glories of the Margin Trading skill, not just our isk need, but our isk USE spikes when our orders are filled and we're about to produce the modules, and then rapidly declines. Similarly, our isk usage spikes higher, and then is brought down by a freighter/industrial run to grab up all the meltable loot we've bought. There's around 10b isk that will be in use continuously to feed our compression and decompression core business. Another 5b will be needed at peak times. Rather than let 5b sit idle, I can work with the market to generate return on the isk. Doing so, however, can mean holding stock for periods longer than the frequency of isk-usage spikes. 10b set aside for market manipulation covers that. Additionally, that gives us room to grow--looking six months or a year down the road, I can scale back market activities to keep (de)compression activities running at full speed. Enough about the budget, through. Let's talk brass tacks. The first TINY. shares sold out in less than six hours. I feel that wasn't fair to other investors who might have wanted in on these shares at IPO prices. For that reason, no reservations will be accepted prior to 00:00 EVE Time. You may note that 4,000 shares are already reserved. I reserved those early for myself, because I'm special. At this time, I am buying back TINY. shares in any quantity at 949,999.99 isk apiece. As it is, several BPO's will still be in research for another two or three days. There are no profits or dividends from Month 1; I'm sure if I did a full accounting of assets, I'd find that we took a (small) net loss for the month due to fees. MP

If you feel the need to do a complete search going back three months on all my transactions that aren't directly logged in the journal (such as the data interface one), I can give you names and timestamps from my chat and contract logs. But if you'd like to complain simply because I'm starting up a second enterprise? If you feel the need to accuse me of being a Ponzi scheme when a half-dozen people can PROVE that ZERO. is making money, and at least two of the investors in TINY. have seen the BPO's in research? If you continually claim that Proton Power is my alt, and then use his statements to attack me? If you want to do any or all of that, I have a request: go away. MP MP: Would it not be an idea to maybe re-adjust this? I mean with the current level of investment activity getting another 15k shares sold could take quite a while, meanhile no dividens? Also if the dividens are relatively high this may, in turn, attract new investors to fill the remaining 15k shares faster? Sorry if I was unclear. Dividends will be paid. The only portion of isk that investors will not see is that which would go to unsold shares. That isk will stay in the corp wallet, raising the base value of all shares (both sold and unsold). The other two options I can see are to have the corp purchase shares in itself, or to modify the dividend in such a way that unsold shares are not paid. If one of these other options--or some fourth option I had not considered--has the support of the community, I'd be happy to do that, instead. MP -- TINY. Capitalization has been slow to materialize. While there have been a few sniffs, no large-scale (3b+) commitments have been made as of yet. This has cramped my ability to aggressively move into markets. There haven't been a whole lot of compression orders coming in. Again, if you know a group in need of very-large-scale mineral deliveries--lowends, highends, or a mix--let me know! By the very nature of market speculation, if I buy something now for 50m expecting it to be worth 100m in three months, the first and second months are going to have suboptimal RoI.
